Phase IV is considered to be advanced training and is not generally included in New Artist training program. In the Pre-Phase course, we have a separate Training Organizer for the Aveda Men's curriculum, which is designed to assist you with structuring the training plan that is the right for you.

In Phase IV, we’ll be training specifically on men’s hair care. We’ll explore differences in the consultation, service rituals and protocols, and product recommendations for home care. We’ll also use video-learning to break down the cutting and coloring techniques to achieve popular men’s hair styles. An overall assessment will complete this phase.
